(319) 629-4255**Under the direction of Aegis Therapies, our therapy department is able to provide PT/OT/ST (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy) to those living or staying at the facility and through outpatient services.
To obtain services, an order from your doctor is required. Once you have talked to your doctor, please bring in OR have your doctor’s office fax us your order and insurance cards to (319) 629-9161. We will verify your coverage and contact you to schedule your first appointment. If you have any questions, please call and ask for our Social Services Department.
